OK, one last very quick thought as election results loom in the US.

A few weeks ago in my newsletter, The CE Insight, I said I wanted to make a video talking about a big mistake I thought RFK Jr made.

I didn’t make that video because I was still formulating my thoughts and so much was changing. And quite frankly, I was also pretty busy. lol

BUT… the point I was going to make was around the need for a 3rd party to emerge in the US. RFK Jr himself saw how important this was early on, but still decided to move away from the idea in the end.

In yesterday’s post, I said:

“Initially, I thought Trump was almost surely using RFK Jr, and that RFK staying independent would have been better for building an independent party long term.”

The amount of momentum behind RFK Jr before he aligned with Trump was likely enough for him to get 5% of the vote in some states, officially creating a third party in those states. This would have been the beginning of an important movement that could continue on in years to come. A movement that moves beyond the corruption of the two-party system and the Deep State lobbyists that run them.

This to me would have been a great short-term in-system solution to rally around. I believe this to be important for many reasons and it will take some time to unpack. Today, I just want to drive home the importance and framing around this idea.

To do that, I’m going to turn to Briahna Joy Gray who was recently on Glenn Greenwald’s System Update show discussing this very topic. Check out her poignant speech below.
