Theoretically, liberalism is an ideology with a set of underlying principles and all of us could name some of the things liberals are SUPPOSED TO support. However, as a practical matter, liberalism has turned into something closer to a poorly thought-out religion or even a sort of social game that revolves around acquiring power and status with other liberals.
Anyone can name things liberals believe in, but if you start looking for the principles behind any position that they’re willing to continue to apply to anything that isn’t convenient for them, you’ll often come up empty-handed.
